In the worst times, when you know it’s time for your best friend to pass, you always want the easiest way for them to go. My husband and I live out in the country and tried to reach out to other people to come help our sweet Amanda passed into the rainbow bridge, and no one was able to help us other than Dr. Simpson. Dr Simpson met us with a hug, she was warm and so caring! Kim always had a place in our hearts, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She called us the next day to make sure we were okay and everything. I’ve never meet a more caring and loving person ever. we can’t thank you enough Dr. Simpson. thank you so much!

We can’t thank you enough for helping us through the most difficult experience of our lives. Our sweet, precious baby girl, Stella, at 13, is finally at peace thanks to your kind and gentle assistance to transition. You will never know how grateful we are as people who adopt the older Great Danes no one will take into their homes. They are the most loving souls on earth, and heaven is a better place now that Stella has arrived.
Again, heartfelt thanks for what you do – you are an angel to those you touch.

I can not thank you enough for myself and Regis. He went peacefully in my arms and it truly was best for us both. He had no stress, no strangers hovering around , in his own bed not a cold tile floor. You made no judgements ,just gave me the options so I could make a good decision. You handled it with grace and real caring for both of us. It has been a long painful journey for Regis and at 12.5, he now can sleep without pain. Thank you for his blessing and mine. I will recommend you highly for anyone needing you. Again thank you for your understanding and caring enough to make it as easy as possible for those of us with the pain of losing a loved one in our family.💗

Dear Dr. Kim,
We just wanted to send our heartfelt thanks to you. As hard as it was to see Macy in her last moments, we were grateful to have you there to put her at peace. We appreciate, very much, your love and kindness during our most difficult time. We were able to say goodbye to our baby, in the comfort of our home and she was able to be in a familiar place, surrounded by loved ones. It takes a special person with a sensitive soul and caring heart to do what you do, you provide a wonderful service. We are so thankful for everything.
– Sincerely, Stephen and Kelli Summitt
Dr. Kim is not only a wonderful vet, but you immediately grasp just how much she loves and cares for animals and wants to help them live comfortably and as painless as possible in their last days with their owner. She has an awesome bedside manner and if it wasn’t for her, I would have had my 11 year old german shepherd put to sleep prematurely. Dr. Kim discussed the option of pet hospice with me, which I had never heard of before. It’s a peaceful way to keep your pet with you a little longer until he/she is ready to go to the Rainbow Bridge.
Thank you so much for bringing Zoe home – I am SO happy to have her here with me
Thank you too for the paw print and her hair – love to be able to touch her and smell her.
I LOVE the charm – I love that it has some of Zoe’s ashes in it and I can wear it near my heart
I can not thank you enough for taking such good care of Zoe and us as well.
You are a blessing
I just wanted to thank you so much for what you did to help my family today. You were comfortable and knowledgeable and made us feel at ease during such a hard time.
Thank you again.

My wife, Kristy Westbrook, had called you on several occasions concerning my boy boxer Opie Ray.
Last Sunday at 09:20 Opie died with his head in my lap, riding in the truck for the last time.
During the time of his sickness she called you on several occasions, I would like to THANK YOU for the
compassion and professionalism that you showed my wife during that hard time for us.
Opie was cremated on 09:20 Tuesday the 13th.
We have given your number out to others that need your service, who are going through simular situations.
Thanks for checking on us. Darryl and I are doing ok but still grieving of course. We see memories everywhere and we always will. She was the best dog ever and we thank you for your compassion.
Dr. Kim was just absolutely wonderful to Fred in his time of need having cancer that seemed to be really aggressive and Dr. Kim made sure Fred was comfortable. The day of Fred’s sweet service when Dr. Kim arrived it was so peaceful with Fred lying in his usual spot on the couch and he passed away and it was the sweetest words I had heard for Fred and myself. I will never forget how moving the service was. Thanks Dr. Kim your are the BEST!!
You were awesome tonight and we will tell all our friends, keep up the beautiful work you do! My daughters really appreciated your company with my boy! Thank you for giving him peace
Dear Dr. Kim,
On Tuesday, the 9th, it was time to say good bye to Sheba, my great dane and faithful friend of almost 12 years. My heart was very heavy as I faced the difficult task of getting her into the back of my Jeep and preparing to say good bye. She was so weak, so big and so tired. I had no idea until the next day how much I had exerted by muscles. I will just say, it didn’t work out at my country vet’s office. Our thoughts of how the last moments should be simply weren’t together. So, I called my husband and told him I was going home. He said I had to go back but my heart couldn’t. I really wanted to be able to stroke Sheba’s face and talk to her as she left life and feel that she was in a peaceful state of mind. My plan had not worked and I had no idea how the day was going to end. I just knew Sheba needed to be out of pain and at rest.
After getting Sheba out of the car at home, I set with her and tried to get her to drink some water. We rested together, exhausted, and I tried to think of what am I going to do. After resting, I helped Sheba stand up and she made it into the house. What am I going to do? What am I going to do? I started searching the internet and made several unsuccessful calls.
Then I found you. After a short conversation at about noon, you said you could be at my house in a couple of hours. The first thing you did was give me a hug, which showed that you understood the sadness in my heart for my beloved pet. As it turned out you became an answer to my prayers and the angel that helped my say good bye. I have thought of you many times since that day. I appreciate the way you handled Sheba. I appreciate you telling me about your dad and the difficulty of saying good bye to him and feeling unable to help. I appreciate the comforting words you gave to me that I was doing the right thing. I appreciate the blessing you gave. I appreciate the caring way you covered Sheba up and tucked her big feet in before carrying her out of the house.
I am amazed at the depth of mourning that I have been feeling but I am so grateful for the gift of kindness and skill you gave to Sheba, Kent and myself.
I now ask that God blesses you in your work. I pray that you understand that you are a gifted and caring person who meets others at their point of need at a time when they desperately need help.
Thank you taking the time to read my note and thank you for caring. I feel we are sisters of the heart.
